We also use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data about how visitors interact with our website, including pages visited, time on page, and general geographic location (city/region level). We do not collect personally identifiable information through Google Analytics.

We use the information you provide to schedule and conduct indoor air quality inspections, deliver your certified inspection report, follow up on your inspection, respond to questions or requests, and improve our services. We use Google Analytics data to understand which pages and content are most useful to visitors, and to improve the FloridaProShield website.

We share your information only with: ProLab (our certified laboratory partner) for the purpose of conducting allergen and biological particle analysis from your inspection samples; and service providers who help us operate our business (such as email providers), under strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of FloridaProShield or the public.
